It was named after its builder by people in old times. Unfortunately, this part of the bazaar, which belongs to carpet merchants, is almost forgotten and isolated.

Caravanserai’s front yard is adorned with multiple beautiful flowers that perfectly represent the entrance porch and around it several chambers are connected circularly. Caravanserai’s dome is surely one of the most magnificent features of this old bazaar. In every corner, you can see stunning tile work that is slowly being destroyed and no one does anything to save this precious monument. Only it’s south door was restored, not in a good way, and left on its own for good. If only someone would care enough to take part in saving this marvelous heritage, it would become one of the most visited places in the city.

As you know Qazvin is a small city so, wherever you are, you can get to Peyghambariyeh Street from Sepah Street or Naderi Street and Sabzeh Meydan and visit this unique caravanserai. If you want to go anywhere in Qazvin city, It’s better to take a walk rather than going by car because of traffic issues so that it won’t take so much of your time. Peyghambariyeh Street is full of historical monuments such as Tomb of the Four Prophets, Panje Ali Mosque, Chehel Sotun Palace, and sa’d al Saltaneh Caravanserai so, take as much time you can too see these monuments all at once. If you go there in the morning, don’t forget to try Traditional Bazaar of Qazvin's breakfasts. Also, there are many good café and restaurants in Sa’d al Saltaneh Caravanserai to go, relax and eat Iranian food.
