Molla Khalila Bostan is located at Islamic Republic Boulevard, near Durah Hamedan Square in Qazvin province. This beautiful garden is located in the south of Qazvin. For many people Mollakhalila Park is in fact the first garden to be built in traditional gardens and represents a part of Qazvin's natural heritage.
History and culture of Mollakhalila Park
This legacy dates back a thousand years and is one of the unique attractions of this small and beautiful city which was described in historical books. One of the most famous works referring to the Qazvin gardens is the Nasir Khusraw travelogue. Nasir Khusraw writes in his famous travelogue: "I reached Qazvin in 1163 AH. The garden was fenceless and very fruitful”. Mollakhalila garden history goes back to 1623 AH. As its name implies, the garden was owned by a prominent Shia scholar known as "Khalil Ibn Ghazi" known as "Mullah Khalila". He devoted the garden to public at the end of his life. The gardeners at the time were trying to revive this national heritage and register it as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The project took five months to complete. The Mullah Khalila Garden was inaugurated in November 2015 by the Qazvin Parks and Municipalities Organization and is now the largest inter-urban garden of Qazvin.

Regarding its historical context, it is worth mentioning that numerous replicas have been exhibited in the Qazvin city with its Iranian architectures.
