History and culture of Tomb Of Anonymous Martyrs

Its construction began at 1387 after the funeral of eight anonymous martyrs at 1381 by the suggestion of Ministry of Roads & Urban Development to build a tall monument because of its location in a specific place. This element was inaugurated in Qazvin's Fadak Park at the same time as martyr's commemoration day, Esfand 22, 1392.

Its land is 400 square meters which 890 cubic meters black concrete and 950 square meters white concrete has been used for its construction. This building look like tulip (symbol of martyrs in Iran) and there is direction of qibla (the direction that should be faced when a Muslim prays during ṣalāh (the second of the Five Pillars in the Islamic faith, and an obligatory religious duty for every Muslim)) in the middle of the 2 southwest arches which so valuable.
