It is located on the north side of Sardaran Square and continues till Imam Khomeini International University, so it is mostly known as Imam Khomeini International University Blvd.

Qazvin Broadcasting Center and International Exhibition are also in this street and only a few steps away from each other. Nowrouzian Boulevard doesn’t have any historical monuments so it isn’t a tourist attraction but if you like to participate in fair and events do not miss Qazvin International Exhibition or if you love nature you can visit Hasht Behesht Park and take something to eat in one of its pergolas.
