This old teemcheh is part of the traditional Qazvin Bazaar that is in the middle of it. To see this teemcheh you have to visit the traditional Grand Bazaar of Qazvin located in Imam Khomeini Street.

Opposite the Serajs, there was a small indoor teemcheh where a number of merchants, including the leather tradesman Haj Said Kazemi, traded.

It was later renamed Haj Seyed Kazem and is now the center of leather and bar sales.
